     Smoked Red Snapper (Pargo) OUT OF STOCK

     Smoked Pepper Jack Cheese

 

Portions are 4 oz to 6 oz on average, depending upon cut of fillet.

Pepper Jack Smoked Chees are 8 oz portions

These are great tasting delicacies that we have access to, directly from Baja commercial fishermen.  Fresh, from clean offshore waters, salt and sugar brined, specialty marinaded and vacuum packaged for freshness.  

 

Our smoked fish is great as a stand alone appetizer, on crackers or various hors d'oeuvres,  in smoked fish dips, sandwiches, soups or chowders.

 

We import across the border 3 days a week to US Post Offices.  Products are priority shipped to get to you in 2-3 days mailing time - allow more time just in case.
