Appetizers/Grazing:

Cheeses, Bluefin Sashimi, Dried Tomato Basil Spread, Smoked Marlin Spread, Crackers/fresh bread, other charcuterie

 

Dinner Main Meal: 

Grilled Steak (Filet Mignon / Ribeye) , Grilled Shrimp KaBobs, Grilled Yellowtail

Grilled Asparagus, Potatoes & Carrots

 

Desserts:

Chocolate Cake, Cheese Cake W/fruit

 

After Dinner:

Agavero Tequila Liqueur Cocktail

 

Logistics

Client will provide seating and tables (let me know if you need more chairs or tables) table covers, flatware and plates/napkins.  Bart will arrive approx. 2 hours before to prep and cook.  Will bring extra grill, charcoals, all cooking and serving tools and platters etc. Location Air B & B house Puerto Nuevo Area.  Sylvia G. client.
