SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We ship three days a week in a effort to get our products to you fast. Orders in before the weekend get to you faster. We utilize either first class or priority mail and only ship to the continental US. While our packaging and preservation methods are good we try to avoid our fresh products from remaining in transit, out of our control for too long. While we effort to get our products to you as fast as possible, packages must be taken by our couriers through customs at the US Border before they are mailed by USPS. If you need our products by a particular date- order early to make sure we get it to you on time.
If you have spoilage incident please take a picture of your product and email to us at TheBajaGourmet@Gmail.com and we will promptly replace the product. We do not issue refunds for food items.
